Wandercraft is hiring!

About

Wandercraft provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age or disability.

At Wandercraft we pioneer intelligent robotics to help people do what they can’t do.

We apply the most advanced robotics and AI to expand what’s possible for humans in the fields of healthcare and now industry.

Founded in 2012, Wandercraft is globally recognized for creating the world’s first self-balancing walking exoskeleton, Atalante X, which is used in more than 100 rehabilitation centers across four continents helping individuals with disabilities re-learn how to walk, with over a million steps taken each month.

Building on over a decade of real-world experience and a proprietary neural network trained on billions of steps, we’re bringing mobility beyond clinical settings and into the home. Our personal exoskeleton, Eve, is a first-of-its-kind device designed to assist wheelchair users in standing and walking in everyday life.

Now we’re expanding our platform to support industrial and assistive tasks with the Calvin family of humanoid robots. Built in just 40 days, Calvin-40 is designed to relieve factory workers from hazardous labor.

Future versions of Calvin will assist persons with reduced autonomy in their daily activities.

Our growth into home and industrial robotics opens new horizons while reinforcing our ability to scale innovation, improve reliability, and accelerate our impact, across our entire portfolio of products and industries.

From Paris and New York, our team of over 110 engineers, clinicians, researchers, and operators is united by one mission: to design robotics that improve human life, wherever people need them most!

We’re not just hiring people: we’re building a team of pioneers, curious minds and problem solvers who want to change the world, step by step.

Join us to shape the next generation of medical and humanoid robotics powered by AI and purpose.

Job Description

Wandercraft is looking for a hands-on Healthcare Product Marketing Manager to lead EMEA go-to-market — accelerating Atalante X adoption across France, Europe, and the Middle East and supporting the EMEA launch of Eve, our personal exoskeleton, with localized assets, insights, and KOL engagement.

You will own messaging, positioning, and the full customer journey across the region, empowering users, companions, prescribers, KOLs, and clinicians to embrace next-gen mobility — both in rehabilitation and at home. If you're a self-starter who thrives on building from zero and wants to make a real impact on people's lives, this is your chance to define what's possible in robotics.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market & Campaign Design

  • Develop and execute integrated GTM plans for EMEA, with a primary focus on accelerating Atalante X across France, Europe, and broader Middle East with a strong parallel remit of supporting Eve's European launch through localized assets and shared global campaigns with the United States and Middle East.

  • Own the EMEA customer journey and marketing funnel across both products, from awareness through deployment and long-term customer experience.

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, social, print) targeting users, companions, clinicians, hospital decision-makers, and the broader stakeholder ecosystem.

  • Translate field insights from European centers into messaging, value propositions, and product roadmap input — keeping EMEA, the Americas team, and product tightly aligned.

Content Creation & Pipeline Growth

  • Own creation of localized content — brochures, case studies, whitepapers, explainer videos, and patient success stories — and manage the contractors and translators who support production.

  • Build a steady patient pipeline for Atalante X customers and future Eve channels in EMEA, including support for forthcoming Wandercraft Walk centers aand/or distribution partnerships in Europe.

  • Run a regional social media, influencer, and community strategy in partnership with comms and events.

  • Adapt Eve's U.S. campaign assets for European audiences and feed regional insights back to the Americas team so the Eve narrative is reinforced — not duplicated — across continents.

Sales Enablement & Distributor Partnerships

  • Equip EMEA sales teams and distributors with tailored enablement — product information, objection handling, demo scripts, training — localized for European clinical and reimbursement contexts.

  • Organize and support launches, congresses (e.g., SantExpo, SOFMER), and association partnerships to drive pipeline.

  • Coordinate with the Americas PMM on launch playbooks and shared assets so Eve benefits from one globally coherent toolkit.

Market & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with marketing strategy & ops to monitor the EMEA funnel and track trends, reimbursement shifts, and competitive dynamics.

  • Engage KOLs, patient advocacy groups, and rehabilitation professionals to build trust and feed insights into regional and global strategy.

  • Use campaign performance data to iterate, and share learnings with the U.S. team to strengthen Eve's overall GTM.

  • Represent Wandercraft at events, site visits, and with our Test Pilot network (~30% travel, primarily EMEA, with occasional U.S. trips).

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in product marketing — preferably medical device, healthtech, or robotics — with a track record of successful launches and accelerating in-market products.

  • Strong downstream and upstream skills: campaign design, content, digital marketing, sales enablement, and data-driven collaboration with product on the roadmap.

  • Excellent collaboration skills across sales, distributors, product, clinical, regulatory, and a U.S.-based sister marketing team.

  • Passion for building from zero in a high-growth startup and comfort operating across two product lines and two regions.

  • Full professional fluency in French and English required; additional European languages or Arabic a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant master's preferred.

  • Experience marketing into European healthcare systems, with working knowledge of CE Mark / MDR and at least one major European reimbursement pathway (e.g., LPPR, NHS, GKV) a plus.

  • French and English proficiency, other European languages or Arabic a plus
