Bientôt une évolution de Calvin accompagnera des personnes avec une autonomie réduite dans leurs gestes quotidiens.

Job Description

As a member of the Industrialization team, you will be responsible for supporting the increase in exoskeleton and humanoid robot production rates and the reduction in BOM costs. Interacting with several teams:(Product/Production/Maintenance/Methods/R&D/Quality/Supply), the Industrialization team is the technical contact for all suppliers, in particular PCBs, cables and batteries.

You will be involved in the following activities

  • Technical analysis of non-conformities, working with suppliers with the aim of improving products and avoiding delays in production,

  • Proposing solutions to resolve defects observed in the field and by the maintenance team,

  • Research and qualification of new electronic suppliers meeting defined criteria in terms of quality/cost/lead times in France and abroad,

  • Purchase of components and assemblies for V&V testing and for the evaluation of new suppliers,

  • Simplification and rationalization of electronic designs by working on the creation of standard component libraries and challenging the electronics team to create simple, repeatable designs,

  • Production of schematics and routing, specifically to design test benches for production activities (Altium),

  • Transfer R&D activities to production, in line with quality processes,

  • Management of electronic R&D equipment,

  • Define verification activities to be carried out by suppliers on electronic components,

  • Participation in design-for-manufacturing activities, gathering feedback and proposals from subcontractors, as well as implementing proposals from production and supply,

  • Participation in EMC tests to validate electronic designs,

  • Generation and verification of production files or technical specifications,

  • Follow-up with suppliers to find equivalent components in case of obsolescence,

  • Participation in improvements to our current exoskeleton production flow and in the opening of a new production line,

  • Design, production and qualification of test benches

Preferred Experience

  • Diploma: Master's degree in electrical engineering

  • Required experience: Experience in product industrialization and/or in a medical or highly standardized environment would be an asset

You enjoy working in a medium-sized environment (130 people), and are capable of adapting to rapid and unpredictable changes in tasks and priorities.

This position is particularly suited to candidates wishing to join a dynamic team focused on the technological development of a complex, multi-disciplinary product within a young, innovative and fast-growing company. Experience in the medical field would be a plus.
