Job Description

Wandercraft is looking for a hands-on, do-it-all Healthcare Product Marketing Manager to lead the charge in bringing our revolutionary personal exoskeleton Eve to market and supporting sales of Atalante X, our self-balancing exoskeleton for rehabilitation purposes. From shaping messaging and creating buzz to enabling our sales teams and educating the world about our technology, you’ll own it all.

You’ll be the driving force behind every aspect of our go-to-market strategy: owning customer journey’s, value propositions, and positioning all the way to crafting compelling narratives, building awareness from the ground up, and empowering users, companions, prescribers, KOLs, and clinicians to embrace next-gen mobility in rehabilitation and at home.

Key Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):

Go-to-Market & Campaign Design

  • Own the entire customer journey and marketing funnel for both of our healthcare products, starting with awareness, enabling prospective customers and healthcare stakeholders through the funnel, all the way to partnering with maintenance to ensure exceptional customer experiences,

  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans for the Americas, with a primary focus on our Personal Exoskeleton in the United States,

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media) targeting potential customers (users) and their companions, healthcare professionals, and the broader ecosystem of stakeholders,

  • Leverage user, companion, and clinician insights to inform campaign messaging, ensuring resonance with diverse audiences across regions,

  • Create systems and processes to ensure close alignment with product and clinical, ensuring insights from the field are leveraged inside the organization to inform roadmaps and drive value proposition development, positioning, and messaging.

Content Creation & Pipeline Growth

  • Own the creation of compelling content, and manage contractors who support writing and production, including product brochures for multiple audiences, case studies, whitepapers, explainer videos, and patient success stories,

  • Provide the sales team and distributors with tailored content, tools, and training; leverage field data, clinical evidence and competitor intelligence to support impactful sales execution and clinical deployment across centers,

  • Partner with communications and events to develop and ensure the execution of a robust social media and local engagement strategy, including engaging influencers, inspiring word-of-mouth sharing, and driving significant inbound interest,

  • Developing content and owning execution of strategy to ensure a steady pipeline of patients for Atalante X customers and distributors of the personal exoskeleton, including Walk in New York and forthcoming Wandercraft walk centers across the United States.

Sales Enablement & Distributor Partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and distribution partners to develop sales enablement tools and training materials to ensure success for customers and the entire ecosystem of stakeholders,

  • Equip partners with up-to-date product information, objection handling guides, and demo scripts to maximize sales effectiveness,

  • Organize and support product launches, congresses, local community events, and association partnerships to drive pipeline growth.

Market & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with marketing strategy & ops to understand and monitor the sales and marketing funnel, conduct ongoing market research, identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in your key region,

  • Engage with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and rehabilitation professionals to build trust and gather feedback,

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data to iterate and improve marketing strategies,

  • Represent Wandercraft at industry events, site visits, and with customers and our network of Test Pilots (~30% travel).

Preferred Experience

  • Diplomas: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.

  • Experience: 3+ years’ experience in product marketing (with a focus on downstream excellence) for technology, preferably medical or healthcare technology, and/or robotics, with a proven track record of successful product launches and accelerating penetration among in-market products.

  • Excitement for campaign design, content creation, and digital marketing (including sales materials, social media, community, and influencer management)

  • Passion for building from zero within a high-growth startups

  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, distributors, and cross-functional teams including product, clinical, and regulatory

  • Proficiency in upstream marketing, including collaborating with product to make data-driven decisions about roadmap development

  • Experience enabling sales teams through training, collateral, and ongoing support

Skills
