(H/F) IT Manager

Wandercraft is hiring!

About

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CTO, the IT Manager will play a key role in enabling Wandercraft’s growth by designing, securing, and scaling a robust IT infrastructure for an international, fast-growing deep-tech company.

This is a hands-on and strategic role, at the crossroads of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, People support, and Innovation.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Define and maintain a long-term IT roadmap aligned with Wandercraft’s growth and general strategy.

  • Design, deploy, and maintain the physical and network infrastructure required to support a rapidly expanding, international organization. Lead IT scalability projects (multi-site expansion, cloud/hybrid architecture evolution).

  • Lead and mentor the internal IT team, ensuring high service quality and continuous improvement of our global network architecture.

  • Define and enforce data protection and cybersecurity policies, including access rights management, encryption strategies, and security tooling. Proactively implement improvements to protect the company against evolving threats—while preserving innovation, agility, and remote work capabilities.

  • Drive IT cost optimization and budgeting, with a strong ROI mindset.

  • Develop internal IT documentation standards and knowledge bases.
