As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated candidate (VIE or work-study/internship) to support our Customer Intelligence, Sales Operations and Business Development activities, at the heart of our international sales team.

Job Description

As a Customer Intelligence & Sales Operations Intern, you will be supervised by our Business Directors for the USA and Europe regions. You will work on concrete missions, spanning the structuring of sales operations and the active development of new clients:

Supporting and improving sales processes

  • Actively sourcing qualified prospects (via databases, trade shows, LinkedIn, AI tools, etc.)

  • Organizing and taking part in pre-qualification meetings with healthcare institutions

  • Preparing and optimizing, using AI and other tools, the mapping for field teams (institution profiles, prospect qualification, identification of key decision makers)

  • Collaborating with the France, US and Europe teams to harmonize customer data across both regions

  • Improving the Sales teams' tracking dashboards to streamline field teams' day-to-day work and improve pipeline tracking

  • Producing performance reports and ad hoc analyses (KPIs, forecasting)

  • Contributing to CRM optimization (HubSpot)

  • Contributing to the migration from Monday to HubSpot (CRM), producing the practical user guide, and training teams on the new processes

Customer Intelligence

  • Mapping and enriching our client and prospect database (healthcare institutions, decision makers, clinical specialties…), particularly for large hospital groups

  • Analyzing market segments, institution profiles, activity volumes and purchasing trends

  • Processing and qualifying inbound leads (mapping)

  • Monitoring the competition and identifying targeted prospecting opportunities

Business Development

  • Identifying and actively prospecting new potential clients (hospitals, rehabilitation centers, healthcare groups) beyond the existing pipeline

  • Handling outreach and scheduling commercial meetings, making first contact with identified prospects

  • Contributing to the exploration of new markets and segments (new geographic areas, new types of institutions) in line with Wandercraft's growth strategy

  • Providing regular reporting on prospecting activity to the USA/Europe Business Directors

Preferred Experience

  • Organized, methodical and process-oriented

  • Curious and open-minded

  • Fast learner, thriving in complex environments

  • Enjoys client contact and has an appetite for business prospecting

Desired Profile:

  • Student pursuing a Bachelor's+4/5 degree (business school, engineering school or university)

  • Strong interest in health, tech and innovation

  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, HubSpot and ChatGPT/Claude

  • Initiative-taking and strong communication skills

  • Interest in sales and business development (people skills, enjoys closing deals)

  • Fluent English required (working language with the US team)

  • French or another European language is a plus
